Which animal best reflects your personality?
A meerkat...draw your own conclusions on that one!
Heinz tomato, and it HAS to be Heinz.
Jam… or Marmalade?
It depends on my mood, mostly jam, but it needs to be cold from the fridge!
In a nutshell, tell us a bit about yourself and what you do at Marmalade Soup
I'm the Client Services Director. I work alongside the team ensuring briefs are met successfully. I write strategies for our clients; be that marketing, creative, PR or social strategies. I create content, plan projects and have my hand in many pies! I love being so involved and helping our customers meet their business objectives with our support and help. I really enjoy adding value.
What’s for lunch today?
I'm heading out for Wednesday Club today, a networking club for ladies in business. I'm looking forward to my caesar salad.
Your favourite type of project to work on?
Taking a gem of an idea, or a far-fetched set of objectives and nurturing them into an amazing strategy that works!
What inspires and influences you?
Those who are brave and fearless. I'm a great believer in not being beaten, but at the same time being realistic. I love a classic underdog story!
My name is Emma, and I'm addicted to magazines!
I LOVE a good fashion mag and have a vast collection. I keep them forever, much to my hubbies disgust! I also write a fashion column for Edge Magazine, as well as a fashion and lifestyle blog. It's something I really enjoy doing.
Favourite Film & why?
Father of the Bride. Tears EVERY time, without fail. I'm a real daddy's girl.
Favourite book & why?
Wuthering Heights - Emily Bronte. A beautifully written classic with lots of twists and turns and hidden meanings. I've still got my copy with notes in the margins from my A-Level English Lit class.
What is it you love (or hate!) most about Marmalade Soup?
I love The Team - we are all kindred spirits.
I love the high octane nature of the business - no day is the same, and no day is boring.
I love our customers - we do great work for great people.
What do I hate? The fact we run out of coffee too often!
